I have been playing around with body art since long time ago, mostly face art tho. Body art always seemed to be cringe. But it is up to you to make it look not cringe right? I still feel like it's a very thin line to cross. I got inspired by J.Porodina and A. Adurasova collab years ago, I still think about it often. No idea why. Lady painted in Joker triangles, simple, yet powerful. I wonder what inspired them? Oh well, Porodina makes magic from everything she photographs.
So where should I start?
I want it to be a woman. I want a studio set design. Very colorful I think. Or should I do it at the horse ranch and save myself some time on set design?
I want it to be very precise, polished and perfect. definitely will be using stencils.
Is it series of women representing their cultures and has cultural heritage signs painted on. Maybe wearing traditional headpiece. I like this idea. Should I start with Latvian? Maybe plain backdrop, with some national props. I have never seen anything like that. Do I want to work alone or have a team? I don't want to burn out again...
